Searching for My Parallel Life in Vietnam

What might have happened if we had stayed?



and the desperate factors that forced us to leave. It means we have not been forgotten. We are still bonded to Vietnam, Việt, but generously allowed to be elsewhere, kiều, too.



Just think if we’d stayed in Vietnam. We’d be in prison or dead.
