Catapult Classes Covid 19 Update

Tuesday, March 10, 2020

We have been carefully watching the ongoing developments regarding the COVID-19 virus, virologist and CDC recommendations, and other institutions’ responses.

Starting firmly this coming Monday, March 16, in-person classes will not be held in our New York offices, through at least May 1 (seven full weeks). All classes will meet online. This includes classes already in progress.

If you are enrolled in an in-person class already in progress, we will be notifying you of how your classes will be held with instructions on how to join next week's meeting by the end of this week.

If you are enrolled in a class set to begin between now and May 1, we are working out details with your instructor about whether your class will be rescheduled later into the year or whether class will meet over our online class platform. You can expect an update from us by the end of the week.

Because of this unexpected change in plans, we have made  adaptations to our refund policy: Students enrolled in classes affected by this change may receive a full refund up to five days before the first class meeting. After that point but before the first class meeting, students may receive a full credit to be used for a future class. As is the standard, after class has begun, students are ineligible for refunds.

We do not presume that all of you have access to the internet connection and/or device(s) needed for an online course at your meeting time. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please be in touch: [email protected].

We know these changes may be disruptive, and as we experience a higher frequency of emails and calls with questions, concerns, and updates, we’re grateful for your patience with our team as we respond.

With sincere gratitude for for helping us prioritize health and safety,

The Catapult Classes Team
