Hope Rehak is a writer and comedian whose plays have appeared on stages in New York, Chicago, and Scotland. After graduating from Chicago Public Schools, she attended Oberlin College on scholarship from the Posse Foundation, and obtained an MFA in screenwriting and playwriting from Northwestern University. She has received fellowships from the Paris Writers Workshop and the Kenyon Playwrights Conference, has written for Reductress and Bright Wall/Dark Room, and teaches and performs stand-up comedy. She splits her time between Chicago and Los Angeles.
