Clynthia Burton-Graham

My writing life has been a life-long pursuit. One of passionate exploration as experiences and characters present themselves and I endeavor to let them flow through me to the tip of my fingers. In my early years, I have been fortunate to have been published several times. In 2006, I was selected as one of the contest winners in the Maryland Writer’s Association’s Short Works Competition. I have been a selected attendee at The Hurston/Wright Foundation’s Writer’s Week and The Flanked Women’s Writer’s Conference. Currently, I am dotting i’s and crossing my t’s as a MFA candidate in Creative Writing at the University of Baltimore, where I reside.
